X3: The Last Stand

I liked it. Poo on you if you didn't. Nobody is asking you anyhow...

Freaked

A friend recommended this movie... had it not been for him, I probably never would have watched it. And though I didn't find it quite as funny as he does, it is relatively funny, very, very '80's and is probably worth seeing just to see Mr. T in drag. I probably would have enjoyed it more if I still did acid...

Fun With Dick and Jane

Another movie I enjoyed more than I thought I would.

But that might be partially because of the company.

Wallace and Gromit: Curse of the Were Rabbit

I hate to admit it, but this was my first Wallace and Gromit experience.

Needless to say, I'm now hooked as a fan for life.

The Chronic (WHAT?!) -les of Narnia

I liked it. More than I thought I would actually.

I loved the Narnia books when I read them at, oh, I don't know... I think I was 11 maybe? And when the movie hit theaters, I was surprised to hear all the hubbub about the Christian undertones. But now that I've seen it, I see what I didn't in my pre pubescent years. Yes, C.S. Lewis was a Christian. And yes, that does translate into the books and the movie. But if he hadn't written other religious material, would people read as much into it? My guess is probably not. After all, if you look closer, you also find touches of Norse and Greek mythology as well.

Fuck it. I LOVED this movie. I loved the books. Daughter of Eve... or not.

Junebug

I think my dad needs to see this movie.
