Crazy/Beautiful
Though I've seen this movie before, I decided to watch it again when I caught it on the tele. I really like this film, and I like Kirsten Dunst. Its a sharp contrast to the other films that came out around this time... the stupid teen movies that do nothing but lower the adolescent IQ and get them to drink Cokes and shop at the Gap. I wish the ending was a little different though. Not so... um, yeah.
The Amityville Curse (1990)
I'm confused. Was this movie supposed to be scary or funny? Because it really isn't either. And for some reason, all the characters were popping all sorts of painkillers throughout the movie which really had no point in the movie whatsoever. Unless I missed it. Just like the enjoyment in this film.

Marie Antoinette
I read a lot of poor reviews when this movie first came out, and frankly, I think those people are smoking something they shouldn't be. This movie is brilliant. Not only is it a wonderfully sinful piece of eye candy, but it tells the story of a woman who was thrust into the limelight as a young girl, much like the young celebrities of today, and fell from grace because of it. Brilliant I tell you. Simply brilliant.
Sophia is poised to be one of the best directors of her generation.
Purple Rain
I always heard what a great '80's movie this was, and I just never got around to seeing it. Well, yesterday, I finally caught it on UPN (YOUR urban movie network) and I have to say... I just don't get it. I don't get Prince's appeal as a sort-of man and he'd certainly make a hideous woman, so yeah, I just don't get it. He's kinda... ewwww...
Gigli
Hahahaha... yes, it really is as bad as they say (and not in the good way), and no, I didn't pay to rent this movie.
