I knew instantly I loved this movie. The opening scene is fucking brilliant.
This movie makes the following points:
-There ARE Culkins that can act.
-Ryan Phillipe is a sorely under used actor (see also, Crash).
-Bill Pullman, no matter how good the performance, will always creep me out.
-Susan Sarandon is one of the greatest actresses ever.
-Claire Danes needs to give her agent a raise. Can't wait to see ShopGirl
-Swearing is always funny when directed towards an elderly priest.
Where's my Igby?
